ARRA Communications is rolling out a new set of terms and conditions which will come into affect on {date}. As an ARRA Communications customer, you have thirty (30) days from this date in order to review these new Terms and Conditions in order to decide if you are happy with them.
If you find the new Terms and Conditions to be unsatisfactory or are unhappy with the new agreement, you have thirty (30) days from the date of implementation to cancel your account with us without any penalty I.E. early termination charges etc... Accounts who remain customers of ARRA after this date will be considered to have agreed to the new Terms and Conditions as set out below.
In order to make it as easy as possible for customers to review our new Terms and Conditions, we have linked to both our old Terms and Conditions, our new Terms and Conditions, and a document which identifies changes between them with a brief description.
